Although Hope hasn't been at Ritter long, she is already an excellent team member. Previously a Technical Support Representative, Hope joined the Ritter staff as a Key Account Representative in 2016 and takes pride in being someone that Ritter clients can always count on.

Helping them become less intimidated by new technology by explaining it in a way that makes sense to them.
